Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and portal access details.
Respond to queries and requests for clarification within a reasonable period.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may impact timelines, service delivery, and outcomes.
DIGITAL CONSENT AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
• You consent to receiving communications electronically, including:
• Emails
• SMS
• WhatsApp messages
• Client portal notifications
• Electronic invoices
• Engagement letters
• Service updates
Electronic communications shall be deemed valid and legally binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree that acceptance provided through electronic means shall constitute a legally valid acceptance of services, engagements, declarations, authorizations, and instructions.
SERVICE ENGAGEMENT
Submission of an inquiry, payment, or request for service does not automatically create a professional engagement.
