Service Delivery Policy
SERVICE COMMENCEMENT
At WonderTax, service commencement is defined as the point at which we have received both full payment for the requested service and all mandatory documents required to initiate the process. A service is not considered commenced upon payment alone; the onboarding process must be completed, and our experts must verify the adequacy of submitted documents.
CLIENT ONBOARDING & DOCUMENT SUBMISSION
Upon purchasing a service, clients will be redirected to their secure portal to complete the onboarding process. Clients must provide accurate, complete, and legally valid documentation as requested by our compliance team. Processing timelines begin only after all necessary documents and information have been successfully submitted and verified. Failure to provide documents within a reasonable timeframe may lead to service delays or suspension.
INDICATIVE TIMELINES
The following timelines are indicative and represent the typical duration to complete a service after all documents have been verified. These timelines are subject to government portal availability and processing speeds:
- ITR Filing: 1 to 3 working days
- GST Registration: 3 to 7 working days
- GST Return Filing: 1 to 2 working days (if documents provided 5 days before deadline)
- TDS Compliance: 2 to 4 working days
- Company Incorporation: 10 to 15 working days
- LLP Incorporation: 10 to 15 working days
- Trademark Filing: 3 to 5 working days (for initial application filing)
- Accounting Services: Monthly ongoing deliverables as per engagement
- Payroll Services: Monthly ongoing deliverables as per engagement
- Advisory Services: 2 to 5 working days for written opinions
GOVERNMENT & THIRD-PARTY DEPENDENCIES
Many of our services rely extensively on government portals (e.g., Income Tax Department, GSTN, MCA, Trade Marks Registry) and third-party systems (e.g., Payment Gateways, DSC Issuing Authorities). WonderTax is not liable for delays resulting from downtime, technical glitches, or slow processing times on these external platforms.
DELAYS & NON-COOPERATION
Client Non-Cooperation: If a service is delayed due to the client's failure to provide necessary documents, respond to queries, or provide OTPs/verifications required by government portals, WonderTax cannot be held responsible. If a client remains unresponsive for over 30 days, WonderTax reserves the right to mark the service as closed or paused.
Government Authorities: Processing times by government departments are entirely at their discretion. WonderTax cannot expedite or guarantee the timeframe for government approvals, issuance of certificates, or processing of refunds.
FORCE MAJEURE
WonderTax shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, cyberattacks, internet outages, or prolonged government portal downtime.
SUPPORT AND ESCALATION
We are committed to providing transparent and responsive support. For routine queries, clients can use the chat feature in their dashboard or email our support team. If an issue is not resolved within the standard timeframe, it can be escalated to our compliance head at info@wondertax.in.
